Taxi waited 2hours at Burgas airport because the plane was late, excellent. He then drove us for one and a half hours to our hotel and we arrived about 2am. We were impressed. 2 days later I phoned to rent a car and was told that I could only do it online. Now read the Cons.

We booked a rental car from MOTOROADS. com again like last year to travel on Bulgaria. Our flight from Rome, Italy landed in Sofia with 2 hours delay. However, representative from car rental company, nice young lady was awaiting us. Everything was smoothly and excellent. We spent 15 min to finish the paper work, got the keys and voila: we were behind the wheel. Good things with MOTOROADS that they always strive to give you the best service. Nice job. Thank you. Please keep it up!
