VANILLARENT . COM
Wonderful and professional. We can not recommend MOTOROADS enough. Their service is highly professional and the staff are very helpful and polite. We rented a car for 9 days and extended the rental period for another 3 weeks. However, 3 days after the extension we ran into a hail storm, and a couple of tiles hit the car in the front window and on the hood. MOTOROADS immediately found a replacement car with another car rental service (as theý themselves didn`t have another spare car). Also, they didn`t charge us for the extra 3 days we had the car after the extension, instead the full amount was transferred back to our account. We recommend everyone to use MOTOROADS when in Bulgaria.
