And despite the fact that instead of the ordered Toyota Yaris we got Opel Astra, we were pleased. We rented the car from Thessaloniki Airport. The representative was waiting for us, and provided us a bigger car than it were hired. The car hand over was quick and easy. Car rentals

Booking with MOTOROADS was very straightforward and faster than I expected it to be. They`re very flexible and eager to work with you. In our case, we booked a van that was going to take us through 4 countries, one of which was Turkey. A lot of Eastern European countries decline your booking request when they hear about Turkey, only because of some extra paperwork that`s involved in the process. But the MOTOROADS team was not only happy to help us with this, they even went the extra mile to make sure we got all documents in original, in time. The car was delivered at our request to our address, not at the airport, which made things easier for us. Return was made late in the day, but they had no issues with the timelines we requested. Both take-over and return were really easy and thorough, with an inspection of what the damages (if any) would be. We had a minor incident with one of the lights getting damaged - they only charged us for the cost of the light, no extra fees for labour. We booked a rent a car for our holiday in Borovets in February 2015. The web ordering service was very good. All was explained in plain language. Upon arriving we were greeted by representative. The car we given did not have the necessary boot space. They have arranged another vehicle which had larger boot. The car was equipped with all necessary ad ons for winter including the child seats. We offered a car 3 months before rent. It was chosen the economy car Suzuki Splash or similar. Car`s departure was offered to the hotel in Sozopol. Rental manager called before he arrived, so we could meet just in time. The car was higher spec (Opel Corsa 2011) than we expected. It was worth renting. We was just very satisfed with the car and with the service. The process if return was fast. Deposit was low and cash. No charging the card.
