Wonderful and professional. We can not recommend MOTOROADS enough. Their service is highly professional and the staff are very helpful and polite. We rented a car for 9 days and extended the rental period for another 3 weeks. However, 3 days after the extension we ran into a hail storm, and a couple of tiles hit the car in the front window and on the hood. MOTOROADS immediately found a replacement car with another car rental service (as theý themselves didn`t have another spare car). Also, they didn`t charge us for the extra 3 days we had the car after the extension, instead the full amount was transferred back to our account. We recommend everyone to use MOTOROADS when in Bulgaria. Car rentals

A staff from Motoroad was waiting for us at our arrivals in Sofia. The car was not exactly what we asked for, but in fact it was a good one, confortable as we travel along for about 1800 km, and large anough for our 4 suitcases and 4 bags. No problem at all at the end of our trip. We`ll certainly call them again. Car rentals

Very fast and efficient customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. My family and I arrived earlier than scheduled at Sofia airport and Georgi was already expecting us. Nevertheless the car I received was not the type I ordered and I had to refuse it. Georgi was very helpful making phone calls here and there trying to solve the problem which wasn`t his fault. Anyway I was allowed to take the car to the hotel and on the next day I received a call by the general manager Dimitаr who said it was impossible to them at the moment to get me the car I ordered and offered to give me my money back which I accepted. Again on return, met promptly at departures in airport - great we didn`t have to drive off site speedy hand back to Christo. The service was perfect -yet again! We hired a 14+1 minibus with driver for 7 days and could not fault the service at all. It was professional, yet friendly with very competitive prices too!
